So I am backtracking for yesterday(Tuesday), because it was really crazy.

I did complete day 2 of Jillian and just some things I noticed:
I already have soreness. Not hurting. Not injury. Just sore muscles – the soreness that you are like, “Really? I have a muscle under there??” Yep. Feels good!
Last night I actually slept for shit because I was sore. This may be a pain reliever kind of night. Again not hurting, but just sore. It made it very difficult to get comfortable. So instead of walking downstairs to get IB, I tossed and turned all night.
I didn’t walk last night because I was trying to get in as much yardwork as daylight allowed, but I am hoping I can sneak in a walk tonight.
