So the last few days – I walked my 5K route but had trouble fitting in the time for the DVD’s. Tomorrow I want to get back in it! I am really struggling to keep track of my calories so I might start at least jotting down my meals here. 😉 I did a walk/jog 5K route tonight and although I had some difficulties with my ankle I completed it in 48 minutes. Hoping that in a month and a week I can get that time down by 10 minutes.
Getting excited to do the Color Run! Have you ever? I think next year I may have to check into some of the Warrior Runs – let me know if you have experience with a good one!
